高校图书馆是学校图书资料情报中心 ,是为教学科研服务的学术性机构 ,要发挥好图书馆的作用 ,图书馆的工作人员必须具备高尚的思想道德素质、高深的专业理论素质。

A library is the information centre as well as an academic department which serves the education and scientific research in a college.The staff members must be cultivated to have nobel moral,high professional,teoretical quality to meet the needs of the future development of a college.
