摘要
光固化快速成型技术的核心是质量单元的有序排列,光固化快速成型机中的质量单元就是光敏树脂,在成型过程中光敏树脂逐渐被消耗,为保证光固化快速成型机正常工作,需不断补充光敏树脂体积的收缩量。针对光固化快速成型机的工作液槽容积有限、微量的补偿过程及光敏树脂自身的粘度对成型工件质量的影响,改造了光敏树脂动态补偿系统,较方便地实现了光敏树脂的连续微量补偿,提高了光固化产品的成型质量。
The core of rapid molding of liquid stereolithography is the sequencing of quality unit , which specifically refers to photosensitive resin which may suffer gradual loss in the forming process .In order to en-sure rapid light curing machine normal working , Compensation for photosensitive resin volume shrinkage needs to be made constantly .Because light curing rapid molding machine working fluid tank volume is limited , the compensating process and photosensitive resin viscosity affect the quality of work-piece .This paper presents a photosensitive resin dynamic compensating system , which fulfils the purprose of photosensitive resin continuous trace compensating and improving the light curing product forming quality .
