Preparation and dissolution comparation of Orlistat Tablets

目的优化奥利司他片的处方。方法采用湿法制粒工艺进行奥利司他片制备,以体外溶出度为考察指标,采用正交设计进行处方优化。结果所制备的片剂与原研胶囊体外溶出相似。结论本实验确定的处方方法合理,稳定可行。

Objective To optimize the formulation of Orlistat Tablets. Methods Orlistat Tablets was prepared by wet granulation method, and the formulation was optimized with the dissolution as parameters by an orthogonal design. Results The dissolution behavior of self - prepared tablets was similar with reference preparation. Conclusion The prescription of Orlistat Tablets was reasonable, stable and easy to operate.
