Promoting Quality-oriented Education and Raising Teaching Quality

加强管理,就是不断改善影响教育教学的诸因素,以保证教育教学的最佳效果。统一认识,加强领导;建设一支知识结构合理的教师队伍;突出电视中专教育特点;把好考试质量关;开展创先争优活动;注重日常管理,是加强管理的重要措施。要提高教育教学质量,关键是要积极推进素质教育。对电视中专办学中存在的生源和实践性教学环节,以及“五统一”问题,本文提出了建设性意见。

The paper explicates that to strengthen management is to elininate the factors influencing teaching quality and to ensure the best teaching result. It is an important measure of strengthening the management to unify cognition,strengthen leadership,build up a contingent of teachers with rational knowledge structure,present the characteristics of TV technical secondary education,keep examination quality,strive for an advanced and excellent individual and attach importance to the routine management. The key to raising the teaching quality is to positively promote the quality-oriented education. The author also proposes some constructive suggestions and solutions of the student source, practical teaching links and 'five - unity' .
