This paper clarifies the notion of ubiquitous information environment and ubiquitous library, and also discusses elements, features, influencing factors of library＇ s information system under ubiquitous context. On questions of how to use internet and mobile communication techniques to build a powerful information system and provide a serving plattorm in ubiquitous library, solutions and suggestions are also provided in this paper.
