摘要 蛋白质组学技术作为重要的实验手段,已经成为研究人员筛选重大疾病的特异生物标志物和研究发病机理的新途径。总结了吸血类动物组织蛋白质组学研究的主要内容和研究方法,并简述了按蚊、水蛭、蜱类、血吸虫、七鳃鳗等吸血类动物的唾液腺、中肠、血液、排泄分泌物,以及口腔腺等组织的蛋白质组学研究进展,探讨了其在疾病防治和新药开发中的应用前景。 Recently,proteomics has been used as an important experiment technology for high throughput screening of specific biomarkers and pathogenesis of serious diseases.In the paper,the details and methods for proteomics research have been reviewed.In addition,the process on the proteomics research for the salivary glands,midguts,blood,excretions,and buccal glands from the bloodsuckers,such as anopheles,leeches,ticks,blood flukes,and lampreys has been also discussed,which can provide important information on the prevention of diseases and the development of novel drugs.
