摘要
目的了解巴中市巴州区重点人群的碘营养状况,为碘缺乏病的防治提供基础资料和实验依据。方法采用砷铈催化分光光度法对巴中市巴州区重点人群的1 000份尿样进行尿碘含量检测。结果受检的209份婴幼儿尿样的尿碘中位数为269.0μg/L;399份学龄儿童尿样的尿碘中位数为310.7μg/L;211份孕妇尿样的尿碘中位数为220.7μg/L;181份哺乳期妇女尿样的尿碘中位数为213.5μg/L。结论巴州区上述重点人群不存在碘缺乏现象,学龄儿童处于碘过剩水平,但仍有部分重点人群存在碘营养不足的问题,应引起有关方面的重视,进行科学食盐补碘。
Objective To investigate the iodine level of the key population in Bazhong District of Bazhou City and provide infor-mation and scientific basis for the prevention and control of iodine deficiency disorders.Methods 1000 urine samples of the key pop-ulation were collected to detect urine iodine level by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry .Results The median of urine iodine from 209 infant urine samples was 269.0 μg/L.The median of urine iodine from 399 school-age children urine samples was 310.7μg/L.The median of urine iodine from 211 pregnant woman urine samples was 220.7 μg/L.The median of urine iodine from 181 lac-tating women urine samples was 213.5 μg/L.Conclusion There is no iodine deficiency among the above-mentioned groups in Ba-zhou District of Bazhong City while the iodine level of the school-age children is excessive .However , the iodine deficiency of certain key groups still exist which should draw attention to.It is still necessary to scientifically supply iodized salt according to local conditions and focus on classification guidance to improve the population quality.
