近些年来,局部晚期直肠癌的诊断和治疗研究取得了巨大的进步,术前辅助放化疗作为一种综合治疗手段所取得进步尤为显著,能使患者获得最佳的治愈机会,大大提高其生活质量,但是,局部晚期直肠癌的诊治还需进一步优化研究。现将局部晚期直肠癌的诊治进展综述如下。

In recent years, research on the diagnosis and treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer has made great progress, es-pecially in the aspect of the adopting of preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy as a comprehensive treatment.It could offer the patients get the best chance of getting cured and greatly improve their quality of life.But diagnosis and treatment of local advanced rectal cancer still needs further optimization.The progress in the diagnosis and treatment of locally advanced rectal cancer is overviewed as follows in this paper .
