综合康复护理对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者肢体功能恢复的影响

Effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the restoration of limb functions of post-stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome

目的:探讨综合康复护理对脑卒中后肩手综合征患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:将130例脑卒中患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,观察组采用综合康复护理,对照组不采用综合康复方法,只给予常规护理。比较两组疗效、Fugl-Meyer和VAS评分。结果:干预后观察组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组Fugl-Meyer和VAS评分较干预前均有好转(P<0.05),且观察组好转程度大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合康复护理对缺血性脑卒中后肩手综合征效果显著,能显著改善患者上肢功能,提高患者生活质量。

Objective：To investigate the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing on the restoration of limb functions of post -stroke patients with shoulder -hand syndrome .Methods：130 post-stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group （65 cases in each group）.The comprehensive rehabilitation nursing was adopted in the observation group and only rou -tine nursing care was given to the patients in the control group .The efficacy and the scores of Fugl -Meyer and VAS were compared be-tween the two groups .Results：The efficacy was significantly better in the observation group than the control group after the intervention （ P〈0.05）;the scores of Fugl-Meyer and VAS were superior in both groups after the intervention （P〈0.05）;the scores of Fugl-Meyer and VAS were superior in the observation group to the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing is significant in the treatment of shoulder -hand syndrome of patients with ischemic stroke ,and it can significantly improve the function of upper limb and quality of life of the patients .
