阶段性改变理论模式对初产妇喂养行为及泌乳量的影响

Effect of the stages of change model on maternal feeding behavior and the amount of lactation

目的:探讨阶段性改变理论模式对初产妇喂养行为及泌乳量的影响。方法:将符合纳入标准的100例初产妇按照不平衡指数量最小的分配原则均分为对照组及干预组各50例,对照组实施常规健康教育,干预组实施阶段性改变理论模式的分阶段干预。分别于产后42 d、4个月对两组产妇的喂养行为、泌乳量进行比较。结果:干预组母乳喂养率、泌乳量明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实施阶段性改变理论模式的分阶段干预能有效提高母乳喂养率,使产妇坚持按需哺乳,促进乳量增多。

Objective：To investigate the effect of the stages of change model on maternal feeding behavior and the amount of lactation . Methods：100 primiparas who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the control group and the intervention group （ 50 primiparas in each group ） according to the allocation principles of minimization of unbalanced index .The patients in the control group received conven-tional health education;the stage intervention was adopted in the intervention group in the light of the stages of change model .The feeding behavior of primiparas and the amount of lactation were compared between the two groups respectively on the 42nd day and in 4 months af-ter childbirth.Results：The rate of breast feeding and the amount of lactation was significantly higher and more in the intervention group than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Implementation of stage intervention according to the stages of change model can effectively improve the rate of breast feeding and promote the increase of amount of lactation .
