摘要
在迈克尔干涉仪的关键部件两相互平行的平面玻璃板平行度被破坏的情况下 ,采用去掉补偿镜测量He -Ne激光波长 ,同样保证了测量精确度 。
Under the condition of Michelson interferometer's key parts which parallel to plane glass plate's parallel degree was destroyed, the compensation mirror is got rid of to measure He Ne Laser wavelength, We can also gurantee the measure's accuracy, making the regulation more simple and convenient.
