改造传统农业的必由之路——从“圈地运动”看我国工商资本进入农业

The Only Way for Transformation of Traditional Agriculture --Industrial and commercial capital entered into agriculture in China from the point of enclosure

中西方历史上都曾发生过“圈地运动”。英国的“圈地运动”直接催生了农业现化，主要是工商资本发挥了改造传统农业的重大作用。中国的“圈地运动”仍旧回到了封建小农经济型态，主要是没有工商资本对传统农业进行根本的改造。因此，我国这种持续落后的农业，必然导致现在农民收入不断下降，农业生产不断弱化，农村问题不断加深。然而，目前我国工商资本进入农业的来势很好。为此，我们必须因势利导，努力做好这项工作，加快实现农业现代化。

Enclosure occurred both in Chinese and western history. The British Enclosure gave birth to modem agriculture, of which industrial and commercial capital played an important role for transformation of traditional agriculture. Without radical transformation for traditional agriculture, Chinese enclosure returned to the feudal small-scale peasant economic pattern because there was not industrial and commercial capital. Therefore, this kind of agriculture will inevitably lead to a continued falling farmers＇ incomes, weakening agricultural production and deepening rural problems in our country. However, industrial and commercial capital has entered into agriculture at present in our country. So we must work with it in the right direction to accelerate the realization of agricultural modernization.
