高职院校“双师结构"教学团队建设的障碍及对策探讨

摘要 高职院校为生产、建设、管理、服务一线培养高素质技能型人才。构建具有高职特色的“双师结构”教学团队对提高高职教育人才培养质量至关重要。本文在对我国高职院校教师队伍建设存在的主要问题进行深入分析的基础上,就如何加强高职“双师结构”教学团队建设问题进行了有益探讨。 Vocational Colleges cultivate high-quality skilled talents for direct production, construction, management and service. The teachers who have qualifications of dual professional degrees occupy an important place in the staff of the higher education and play a key role in improving teaching quality of higher education. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the construction of teachers in Vocational Colleges in China.It also explores some measures to strengthen the "double-quality teacher" teaching team construction in Vocational Colleges.
