企业职工教育改革之浅析

On the innovation of the Enterprise Staff Education

当前企业职工教育存在着制度不活、机制不全、管理落后、培训观念保守，培训内容狭隘、培训方法守旧、培训模式单一等诸多问题，这些制约着企业职工教育的发展。企业职工教育必须紧跟时代要求，更新观念，建立和健全教育培训的相关制度和机制。

At present, the enterprise staff education exists many problems, such as the inflexible rules, incomplete mechanism, backward management and conservative training ideas, content, methods and single training model. That restricts the development of the enterprise staff education, so staff education should keep pace with the requirement, update the concept and establish the relevant rules and mechanism respond to education and training.
