高职院校推进产学研一体化的研究与实践——以三明职业技术学院为例

高职院校发展的重要趋势是人才培养紧贴社会需求、校企间展开全方位多模式的合作、科研成果与高新技术产业化为主要标志的产学研一体化。作为高职院校，要与企业建立起良好的合作关系，推进产学研一体化的全面展开，应该用真诚的服务与企业打交道，积极探索和实践合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展的新模式。本文通过对三明职业技术学院推进产学研一体化的研究与实践，阐述了高职院校推进产学研一体化的策略，为高职院校深入开展产学研合作提供有益的示范作用。

An important trend in the development of vocational colleges is ＂industry-teaching-research integration＂to meet the needs of society, the multimode and full range of college-enterprise cooperation,the industrialization between research and high- tech industry. To establish good relations with enterprises and promote the integration of comprehensive development, vocational colleges should deal with enterprises with sincere services, exploring and practicing actively on the new patterns of cooperative running schools, cooperative education,cooperative employment and development. Through the research and practice of the integration of the Sanming Vocational Technical College, the author expounds the gradual integration strategies in vocational colleges to provide good demonstration effect on the cooperation of ＂industry-teaching-research integration＂.
