高职市场营销专业课程标准对接职业岗位要求的基本模式 被引量:7

摘要 随着社会经济的快速发展,企业对市场营销人才的需求也呈现出十分旺盛的态势,但是从全国各地人才市场需求信息看,高职市场营销专业人才存在供需矛盾。究其原因,主要是高职毕业生的专业技能与从业岗位技能的脱节,因此,实现高职市场营销专业课程标准与职业岗位要求的对接是课程改革的关键。构建高职市场营销专业课程标准,注意要高于助理营销师职业资格标准的要求,要以职业素质本位为导向,关注学生的未来发展。基于营销岗位知识和技能点的课程标准、基于工作任务的课程标准、基于项目的课程标准是高职市场营销专业课程标准对接职业岗位要求的基本模式。高职市场营销专业课程标准只有多种模式相互作用,才能取得良好效果。 With the rapid development of social economy, the enterprise demand for marketing personnel urgently, but from talent market demand information all over the country, there are contradiction between supply and demand of higher vocational marketing professional talents. Investigate its reason, disconnection between pro- fessional skills and professional post skills exists in higher vocational graduates .Therefore, achieving butt joint of higher vocational marketing professional curriculum standard and the professional requirements is the key to curriculum reform. Develop vocational marketing professional core curriculum standards, attention to higher marketing assistant vocational qualification standards, should take professional quality standard oriented, atten- tion to student's future development. Marketing job knowledge and skills based curriculum standards point, task- based curriculum standards, project-based curriculum standards in vocational marketing professional core cur- riculum standards docking career job requirements of the basic model, vocational marketing professional only multi-core curriculum standards modes of interaction, in order to achieve good results.
