我国高等职业教育经过十多年的蓬勃发展后,虽然数量和规模不断扩大,但是我国仍然缺乏服务于生产一线的高级技能型人才。知识经济时代的来临,整个社会对高职毕业生的要求由数量转向质量,随着生源逐年下降,高技能应用型人才的培养渠道多元化,高职院校遇到了不可逾越的发展瓶颈,高职院校如果教学质量不提高,管理模式不改变,将会面临淘汰出局的可能。

The higher occupation education in our country after ten years of vigorous development, has entered a vicious circle. Although the number and size of Higher Vocational Colleges continue to expand, senior skilled talents but China still lack of services to the production line. The advent of knowledge economy era, the social requirements for higher vocational graduates from quantity to quality, with the students decreased year by year, the high skilled talents in Higher Vocational Colleges diversified channels, met the bottleneck of the development of Higher Vocational Colleges impassable, if not improve teaching quality, management mode does not change, will be eliminated possible.
