M大学文科学院研究生国家奖学金评审指标体系存在着指标内涵不具体、指标体系不周延或指标之间相互包含、评价指标之间不自洽、学术论文出版物界定太泛等问题。坚持政治评价和学术评价、定性评价和定量评价、肯定评价和否定评价、一般评价和特殊评价、个别评价和整体评价相结合的原则制订评价指标体系,更益于研究生综合素质培养。

Keeping to the political evaluation and academic evaluation, quantitative evaluation and qualitative evaluation, a positive and negative evaluation, evaluation of general and special evaluation and individual evaluation and overall evaluation establish evaluation index system, is good for graduate students comprehensive quality.
