学生顶岗实习是高职院校"2.5+0.5"人才培养模式的最后一个阶段,顶岗实习质量的优劣直接影响到高素质技能型专门人才培养目标的完成情况。就目前而言,高职商务英语专业学生顶岗实习岗位比较分散,管理不规范,人才培养质量难以得到保证。将PDCA循环理念引入学生顶岗实习过程管理,从策划、实施、评价和处理四个阶段来完善学生顶岗实习内部管理体系,有助于大幅提升高职商务英语毕业生质量。
