职业人视角下中职学生品质教育探讨——以会计专业为例

从"职业人"视角看,中职毕业生不能达到企业用人要求,职业适应度较低。中职学校需要以职业适应为导向,以培养合格职业人为教育目标,通过家长、学校各部门、班主任、各相关任课教师以及顶岗实习单位、毕业生用人单位等多种有效途径相互联结,并采取一系列可行措施,长期坚持对中职学生进行职业品质教育,促使学生提升职业品质提高专业技能。

Secondary vocational schools need vocational adjustment and a education target of cultivating professional person.
