摘要
短线交易归入权是公司所享有的收回短线交易利益的权利。对该权利如何行使我国法律法规规定过于原则,可操作性不强,导致司法实践中出现许多问题,应在借鉴美国立法经验的基础上,对短线交易归入权行使相关制度予以完善。
