摘要
在Myeclipse8+JDK1.7+sqlserver2000+DreamweaverMX2004+tomcat6的软件环境下,通过建立数据库模型,功能模块设计,使用Struts2框架,开发了基于web的高速公路评价系统。对高速公路路面、桥梁、隧道、沿线设施各个环节进行评价,提供给管理部门道路的详细准确的技术状况指标。将信息逐条录入和批量录入的结合起来,解决了录入工作量大和效率低下的问题,具有较高的可扩展性和可维护性。是对现有CPMS(China Pavement Management System)和CBMS(China Bridge Management System)的补充。
Under software tools Myeclipse8,JDK1.7,sqlserver2000,DreamweaverMX2004 and tomcat6, through set-up of Database form, functional modules, the expressway evaluation system based on web is developed by using of Struts2 software designing framework. Some scores which showed expressway＇s detail technical characteristics given to managers through the evaluation of expressway in four respects：PQI, BCI, SCI, TCI.Two methods of entering base data for expressway have been provided. By using manual entry way and excel import way, the efficiency has been greatly improved.The system been designed as supplement to the CPMS and the CBMS.
