摘要
采用整群抽样的方法对三地三所地方高校的500名学生进行了问卷调查,以了解地方高校大学生学习动机和学习倦怠之间的关系。结果发现,男女大学生在成就感低上差异显著(P<0.01),体艺专业与文科专业学生在行为不当、情绪低落上差异显著(P<0.01);不同年级大学生在能力追求、情绪低落、行为不当、成就感低等维度上差异显著(P<0.01);学习倦怠与求知兴趣、能力追求、利他取向及内外学习动机总分呈显著负相关(P<0.01)。研究表明,学习动机是学习倦怠的有效预测变量,激发大学生的学习动机能减少大学生学习倦怠。
Current situation and the relationship between learning motivation and learning burnout on university students are studied. 500 college students with random selection completed the Learning Motivation and Learning Burnout Questionnaire. The results showed that, firstly, there was a significant difference between male college students and female college students in the sense of accomplishment. Significant differences were also found between artistic students, gymnastic students and students of liberal arts in cases of misconduct and depression. Secondly, there were significant differences between freshmen, senior and sophomore, junior in cases of the pursuit of capacity and depression, as far as misconduct was concerned, significant difference was found between senior and freshmen, junior. However, there were significant differences between junior and freshmen, sophomore. In case of sense of accomplishment, there were significant differences between senior and freshmen, junior. Finally, there were negative correlations between depression and interesting, the pursuit of capacity, also a negative correlation was found between interesting and the pursuit of capacity. There were negative correlations between sense of accomplishment and interesting, the pursuit of capacity, reputation. Negative correlations were found between learning burnout , interesting, the pursuit of capacity and learning motivation. According to above, learning motivation is an effective predicted variable of learning burnout. To improve students' learning motivation will reduce the college studentsj learning burnout.
