解剖型锁定钛板治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨股骨髁解剖型锁定钛板治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折疗效。方法采用股骨髁解剖型锁定钛板内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折45例。结果所有病例都获得随访,随访8~24月,术后6—12月全部愈合,膝关节功能优良率为88.8%。结论解剖型锁定钛板治疗股骨髁上粉碎性骨折操作简单、出血少、固定可靠,获得良好的膝关节功能,是治疗股骨髁上骨折有效方法。 Objective To explore the outcomes of anatomy locking titanium plate for the treatment of commi- nuted femoral condyle fractures. Methods 45 cases with comminuted femoral condyle fractures were treated with anatomy locking titanium plate. Resluts All of the cases were followed up for 8 - 24 months. All fractures healed in 6- 12 months. The rate of both the excellent and good knees function is 88.8%. Conclusion Anatomy locking titanium plate for the treatment of comminuted femoral condyle fractures can provide simple operation, less bleed- ing, reliable fixing and satisfactory knee function recovery, which is optimal for comminuted femoral condyle frac- tures.
