摘要
本文提出了二正丁胺沉淀镁离子制备高纯度氢氧化镁粉体的方法,使用红外、热分析、X射线衍射表征了产物的纯度,使用扫描电镜观测了产物的表面形貌,最后对反应体系的热力学和动力学过程进行了研究。研究结果表明所合成的氢氧化镁为片状结晶,具有结晶程度高、纯度高和粒度小的优点。该方法可控程度高、镁离子沉淀效率高、胺用量小,与氨法相比具有明显的优势,为氢氧化镁的合成提供了一种可行性高、工艺简单、条件温和的绿色化学方法。
In this paper,a method for preparing high pure Mg(OH)2 powders was reported by di-n-butylamine precipitating Mg^2+. The purity was measured by FT-IR, TG and XRD, the surface topography was analyzed by SEM. The thermodynamic and kinetic consideration of reac-tion system is also discussed. The results are revealed that the Magnesium Hydroxide powder is flaky crystal with high purity, high crystallinity, and smaller size. This method can be well con-trolled, which provides a high feasibility, simple technology, green chemistry and mild conditions for the synthesis of magnesium hydroxide.Compared with ammonia method, it has obvious ad-vantages.
