高职院校物流管理专业人才培养模式探讨

Discussion about Training Mode of logistics Management Talents in Higher Vocational College

目前我国物流人才十分匮乏，但是我国高职院校物流人才的培养存在着很多问题，主要表现为物流人才培养教学实践创新不足、办学条件滞后、办学理念落后、实践教学不能满足人才需要等。这需要加强专业建设、强化师资队伍建设、注重校企合作共建实习实训基地、构建完善的综合实训体系等来创新人才培养方式。

At present, logistics management talents in our country are scarce, but in terms of logistics management talents training in higher vocational colleges, there are many problems, such as teaching practice without enough innovation, backward conditions and running ideas. This needs to strengthen specialty construction, the teachers team construction, to pay more at-tention to the cooperation with practice bases, and to build perfect comprehensive training sys-tem.
