苎麻副产物饲喂夏南牛试验初报 被引量:10

摘要 为验证苎麻茎叶等副产物制成的青贮饲料作为粗饲料饲喂肉牛的效果,以6头夏南牛为试验动物,以苎麻副产物青贮饲料替代部分精料,在不同育肥期进行体重测量,并采用B超进行背膘厚(FT)、眼肌面积(LA)、肌间脂肪(IMF)活体测量,育肥8个月后屠宰测量净肉率。最终对各组数据进行个体差异显著性分析。结果表明育肥前2个月增重迟缓、第3-6个月持续快速增长,后2个月增重速度降低;背膘厚度(FT)1.02±0.16cm;眼肌面积(LA)133.15±5.06cm2;肌间脂肪(IMF)7.93±0.17%;净肉率46.65±0.71%。说明利用苎麻副产物青贮饲料喂养夏南牛是可行的,苎麻青贮饲料可代替部分精饲料,可减少25%的精饲料用量,降低饲喂成本,可以在苎麻产区推广这种饲养模式。 Object : The experiment was designed to verify the effect of silage made from byproducts such as ramie stem as roughage to feed beef cattle. Method : We took 6 Xianan cattle as experimental ani- mals, part of concentrated feed was replaced by ramie byproducts silage, weight measurement was con- ducted at different fattening times, back fat thickness (FT), loin eye area ( LA ), intramuscular fat (IMF) in vivo was measured by using B -mode ultrasound, and meat percentage was measured after 8 months of fattening. The significant differences of all the final data for each group were analyzed. Result : The weight gain in the first 2 months was slow, the weight gained rapidly in 3 -6 months, and the weight gained also slow in last 2 months. The back fat thickness (FT) was 1. 0150 ±0. 16221cm, loin eye area(LA) was 133. 1458 ±5. 05979 cm2, intramuscular fat (IMF) was 7. 9317 ±0. 16883% and meat per- centage was 46. 6450 ±0. 70897%. Conclusion: the use of ramie silage to feed Xianan cattle was feasi- ble, ramie silage could replace part of concentrated feed, and decreased the amount of concentrate feed by 25%, which could reduce feeding costs, this model could be promoted in ramie planting areas.
