摘要
目的探讨齐拉西酮改善急性期住院精神分裂症患者认知功能的作用。方法将61例急性期精神分裂症患者在基线时和入组后8周各进行1次神经心理成套测验,比较药物治疗前后认知功能变化。结果神经认知评定表中定步调听觉连续加法测验(NP17B)尝试数、正确数,WAIS-Ⅲ符号搜索正确数目和总分,WAIS-Ⅲ空间广度测验中的空间广度顺行,HVLT中的假阳性数,PSP量表的社会中有益的活动、个人和社会关系、自我照料、扰乱及攻击行为和总分在患者基线时和入组后8周的评分比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论齐拉西酮能改善急性期精神分裂症认知功能。
Objective To evaluate the effect of ziprasidone on cognitive function in patients with acute schizophrenia. Methods 61 patients with acute schizophrenia were assessed with neuropsychological test battery at baseline and at the end of the 8-week treatment of ziprasidone. Results The results of neuropsychological test at the end of the treatment were significantly different from those at baseline, which included the number of attempts and the number of correct response in Paced Auditory Seria Addition Task, number of correct search and total score of Symbol Search Test in Wechsler Memory Scale- IH （ WAIS- HI ） , anterograde spatial span in WAIS-IU, number of false positive in Hopkins Verbal Learning Test, total score of Personal and Social Performance scale （PSP） and the factor scores of helpful social activity, social interaction, self care, disturbance and aggressive behavior （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Ziprasidone can improve the cognitive impairment in patients with acute schizophrenia.
