远程教育奖学金工作的实践探索与启示——基于中央广播电视大学的案例分析

奖学金制度在学生学习和发展过程中发挥着重要作用,有助于激励学生学习,勇于创新。目前,普通高校已形成了较为成熟的奖学金制度体系。远程教育领域奖学金工作起步较晚,还处在探索和试运行阶段,尚未形成完善的制度体系。介绍了国际远程教育机构和国内远程教育院校奖学金工作的实施现状,着重以中央广播电视大学奖学金工作的案例进行分析,希望对国家开放大学奖学金制度体系的建立提供一些启示。

The scholarship system plays an important role in students＇ learning and development process, which can motivates students to learn and innovate. At present, the general universities have formed a mature system of scholarship. In open and distance education, the scholarship star- ted late, and still in the phase of exploration and trial operation, which has not becomes a complete system. This article introduces the international dis- tance education institutions and domestic distance education college scholarship＇ s current situation. Then, it analysis The Central Radio and TV Universi- ty ＇ s scholarship, and hope that will give some revelation to the development of scholarship system in The Open University of China.
