引入人身安全保护令预防和制止农村家庭暴力
摘要
王丽丽，陈心仪在《甘肃广播电视大学学报》2013年第4期《甘肃农村性别与家庭暴力实证研究》一文中指出，制定专门的反家庭暴力立法的根本目的是防控家庭暴力的发生，维护理想的社会秩序和正常的家庭秩序。我国现有法律难以达到此目标。因此，笔者建议，在未来立法中引入集事前防预和事后防范于一体的“人身安全保护令”制度。
