摘要
对桌二级医院2013年医疗纠纷的发生原因和解决途径进行分析。是由于保障机制不健全;医忠之闻沟通不畅;医疗管理存在缺陷;医务人员的责任0不强等原因造成。加强保障机制建设,保护双方合法权益,严格执行技术操作规程,提升服务质量可防范医疗纠纷的发生。
