随着我国逆变焊机的不断开发与生产 ,焊机制造技术和制造质量上升为矛盾的主要方面 本文拟在吸收国内外检测系统的优点上 ,结合我国国情 ,研制出适合逆变焊机的在线检测系统 本系统在采用NI公司先进的虚拟仪器平台支持下 ,配置高品质的传感器 ,再加上应用软件的成功开发 。

With the development and manufacture of invert welding machine in our country, the contradiction between manufacturing technology and quantity becomes keener and keener.An on-line detecting system fitting invert welding machine is developed.This system not only absorbs internal and foreign advantages but also accords with the condition of our country.Based on advanced virtual instruments of NI Co,configured with good charactor sensors,and along with successful developing of applicable software,this system can meet with all kinds of tests requiring of invert welding machine perfectly.
