斜床身数控车床特点及教学应用探讨

摘要 数控机床是为了适应现代工业生产的批量自动化生产而诞生的,数控车床较适合于精度要求高、加工难度大、工序多、批量生产的各种轴、盘类零件的加工,目前该机床已被国内摩托车行业、汽车制造行业认可。斜床身数控车床是根据数控加工的原理开发设计的,针对性很强,在机床的布局、刚性、精度,以及排屑能力方面,都比普通数控车床有了显著的提高。 Nc machine tool is born with adapting to the modern industrial production , numerical control lathe is suitable for high accuracy, large processing difficulty, process, batch production of all kinds of shaft, plate parts process- ing, now ;the machine has been recognized by the domestic motorcycle industry, automobile manufacturing industry. Slant bed CNC lathe is based on the principle of the NC machining, with strong pertinence, which are better than ordinary CNC lathe in the layout of the machine tool, rigidity, precision, and chip removal ability.
