摘要
探讨了强酸型阳离子交换树脂对富马酸与甲醇反应生成富马酸二甲酯的催化活性 ,用正交试验确定了反应条件对DMF收率的影响 ,确定了合成的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度为 35 3K ,反应时间为 9h,催化剂用量为 6 % ,醇酸摩尔比为 6∶1 ,在此条件下的收率接近 92 % ,进行了催化剂重复使用实验。结果表明 ,该催化剂对DMF合成具有较好的催化活性及重复使用性。
Synthesis of Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) from esterification of fumaric acid with methanol catalyzed by strong acidic ion exchange resin employing reaction distillation technology is proposed in this paper. Effect of reaction conditions on the yield of DMF was investigated by experiments arranged by orthogonal design. Optimum reaction conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature: 353 K; catalyst input: 6% of the total weight of reactants ; reaction time:9 hours; molar ratio of alcohol to acid: 6∶1. Under these conditions, yield of DMF reached 92%. Experiment of repeated use of the catalyst was conducted. The results show that this catalyst possesses high activity and good stability for DMF synthesis.
