摘要
在中国之外,能将戏曲的传承提到国家文化发展战略层面上的国家只有新加坡,由于政府的领导得力、规划正确,新加坡的戏曲已经呈现出生机勃勃的景象。它的传承经验为:采用华族之外的民族故事和发生在本土的故事为题材来编创剧目,培养各族青少年戏曲表演人才与忠实观众,在戏曲中使用英语和华语,努力使戏曲本土化;由民间和政府共同办戏曲,使经费有了保障,并让民间增强了传承戏曲的责任心;与戏曲的源发国中国保持密切的关系,以不断提高艺术水平;积极地参与国际戏剧节,紧跟世界戏剧潮流。
It can be said that besides China,Singapore is the only country that treats traditional opera inheritance as a national cultural development strategy. Because of the government' s effective leadership and proper planning,traditional opera has shown a vibrant scene in Singapore. Its experience can be summarized as follows: First,make the traditional opera localization. Using non- Chinese stories and local stories,both in English and Chinese in theplays,it improves the youth' s interest to be actors and audiences. Second,the cooperation between government and civil groups is the guarantee of funds. Third,keep close with China,the traditional opera' s birthplace,in order to improve the artistic level continuously. Finally,take an active part in international drama festivals and keep the pace with trend.
