摘要
通过对所研制的具有自愈合能力的 Ni Al+ Ni Cr+ WC,玻璃质 + Ni Cr+ WC及 Sn Al+ Ni Cr+ WC 3种高温涂层的高温耐磨性能研究表明 ,在硅酸铝和石英粉两种磨料介质中 ,3种涂层在高温条件下均有良好的保护作用和高温耐磨性能 .其中Sn Al+ Ni Cr+ WC涂层的抗磨性能好于其它几种涂层 ,其最佳使用温度为 70 0~ 80 0℃ ,转速为 5 12~ 832 r/
Three kinds of self healing coatings NiAl+NiCr+WC, vitreous enamel+NiCr+WC, and SnAl+NiCr+WC were developed and their wear property at high temperature was studied as presented in this paper. The result showed that three kinds of coatings exhibited excellent anti wear property in the environment of aluminum silicate and SiO 2 powders at high temperature. Among them SnAl+NiCr+WC coating is the most excellent and its optimal application temperature range is 700 800℃, rotation speed 512 832 r/min.
