摘要
目的确定克拉霉素与磷脂形成复合物的最佳工艺。方法采用溶剂挥发法制备免摭霉素磷脂复合物,以复合率为评价指标进行单因素优化实验和正交试验。结果优化条件下制备的磷脂复合物复合率为95.2%~98.2%。结论克拉霉素磷脂复合物的形成受反应溶剂、反应物浓度、和反应物投料比例和反应温度的影响较人。
Objective To determine the best technology of clarithromycin-phospholipid complex. Methods The complex was prepared using solvent evaporation method. The preparation technology was optimized by single factor design and orthogonal experiment, using the combining ratio as the assessment index. Results The combining ratio of the complex prepared under the optimized conditions was between 95.2% and 98.2%.
