摘要
齿轮箱作为重要的噪声和振动源 ,其噪声问题已日益成为重要的研究课题 .本文从噪声振动控制的观点出发 ,运用统计能量分析方法 ( SEA)对齿轮啮合产生的辐射噪声进行了研究 ,并以 SG-0 0 0试验齿轮箱为例进行了分析计算 ,对齿轮箱结构噪声的控制给出了有效结论 。
Gearbox is an important source of noise and vibration, its radiation noise has drawn more and more attention. The radiation noise produced by the meshing of gearwheels is studied using statistical energy analysis from the noise and vibration control viewpoint. The SG 000 experimental gearbox is calculated as an example. The result of this study will provide an effective conclusion for the structure borne noise of gearbox, and it can also be used as a reference in reducing noise and shock absorption for optimum design of gearbox.
