研究了两步法制备固体酒精的工艺 ,详细讨论了影响因素 .确定了最佳工艺条件 .酒精 :硬脂酸 :氢氧化钠的最佳数量配比为 92 .5∶ 6.5∶ 1 ,最佳反应温度为 60℃ .制得的固体酒精的熔点为 52℃ ,燃烧时仍保持固体状态 .1 50 g固体酒精可持续燃烧 1 1
The preparation of solid alcohol has been studied.The optimum ratio between alcohol:stearic acid and NaOH has been determined to be 92.5∶6.5∶1, and reaction temperature to be 60 ℃. The solid alcohol prepared under this condition has a melting point of 52 ℃, and the solid alcohol of 150 g burns in solid state continuously for 114 min. Various influences on the properties of solid alcohol have been discussed.
