The general theory of all information observation problems which include detection, estimation, statistics, pattern recognition is researched. They are described by multiary observation processes. The varying situation of information of observation subject about observation object when information is transformed from object to subject is analysed. A mathematical model which is recurrence algorithm of posterior probability density is given, and it can be referenced by the researchers who research observation processes to find the algorithm to specific problem.
