摘要
利用AMESim软件建立某发动机润滑系统模型,并根据试验数据对模型进行校核,确保模型较为准确(误差在3.1%以内)。采用建立的模型研究发动机曲轴主轴承间隙、连杆轴承间隙、凸轮轴轴承间隙对润滑系统的压力影响。结果表明,在相同的系统润滑油流量下,随着轴承间隙的增加,润滑系统的压力降低,且对于不同的轴承其压力降低幅度不同,而随转速的不同,压力降低的比例也不同,低速变化比例要高于高速。
Engine lubrication system model was built with AMESim software, and validated by test data to ensure the model precision ( the error is less than 3.1% ). Based on this model, the influence of the clearance of crank main bearing, connecting rod bearing and camshaft bearing on the lubrication system of engine was studied. Simulation result shows that along with the increasing of bearing clearance under the same lubricating oil flow rate, the system oil pressure is decreased. But to different bearings, the extent of oil pressure decrease is different, to difference engine speed, the level of pressure decrease is also different, it is higher at low speed than that at high speed.
