摘要
提出基于系统节点的润滑精细管理体系,包括目标体系、责任体系、运行体系和考核体系。该管理体系将润滑工作划分为油品物流管理、油品使用管理、润滑投入管理和润滑保障建设等4个分系统,并将每个分系统内的工作重点和难点确定为管理节点。油品物流管理注重油品入口和流通环节的管理;油品使用管理注重设备用油合格和检测;润滑硬件管理重视润滑投入和配置;润滑保障体系注重制度建设和信息化提升等内容。结合胜利油田总结基于系统节点的润滑精细管理的推行成效。
Lubrication management is a complex system,engineering but not only the lubricant management. Fine management system for lubrication based on system nodes was proposed, including the target system, the responsibility system, the running system and the eval- uation system. The management system of lubrication was divided into four subsystems in this fine management system, including lubricant logistics management, lubricant using management, lubrication input management and lubrication guarantee system. The work focus and difficulties within each subsystem were identified as management nodes. Lubricant logistics management emphasizes the oil entrance and circulation management, lubricant using management focuses on oil using quality and inspection, lubrication input management pays atten- tion to hardware configuration, lubrication guarantee system includes rules and regulations' construction and information promoting. The effects were summarized according to the implementation of fine management system for lubrication in Shengli Oilfield.
