试谈儿童图书馆服务均等化的原则与实现策略——

The Principle and Realization Strategy of Equal Service of Children's Library——Taking Xiamen Children's Library as an Example

儿童图书馆实现服务均等化既是自觉贯彻公共图书馆精神的基本职责,也是推进文化大发展大繁荣新形势下应当承担的社会责任。儿童图书馆应以均等性为统领,以公益性、基本性和便利性为原则,制定图书馆服务均等化的服务策略,最大限度地为所有儿童读者提供全面便捷的服务。本文以厦门市少年儿童图书馆的服务为例,提出了服务对象的平等开放、服务网点的均衡布局、服务内容的公平获取等均等化服务策略。

The realization of equal service of children＇s library is the basic duties of public library spirit, and also the racial duties of improving cultural development and prosperity. Children＇s library should be uniformity as a guide to public welfare, and convenience of the basic principles, make strategies of library equal service, provide comprehensive and convenient service for children. Taking Xiamen Children＇s Library as an example, this paper puts forward measures of equal open of service objects, balanced layout of service outlets, and equal getting of service contents.
