世界一流科学园产城融合的分异、趋同及其启示——以硅谷与新竹科学工业园为例

The Differentiation,Convergence and Its Implications of the Park'Integration into the City in the World-class Science Parks——Case Study of Silicon Valley and Hsinchu Science-based Industrial Park

产城融合是世界一流科学园发展的普遍规律,但初始条件、驱动力和发展路径的差异导致了不同特色的产城融合实践。通过对硅谷和新竹这两个世界上成功的科学园的比较研究,系统揭示了两者在产城融的动力机制、融合模式以及发展动态方面的共性和特殊性,从而为中国国家高新区深化产城融合、提升自主创新能力提供有益借鉴。

The park＇ integration into the city is a common discipline of the world leading science parks. However, the differences of initial conditions, driving forces and development paths also lead to different practices of the park＇ integration into the city. Silicon Valley and Hsinchu Science - Based Industrial Park as the successful science parks of the world, have many commons and characters in the backgrounds, mechanisms, models and tendencies of the park＇ integration into the city. Through summing up their experience, this paper hopes to provide some constructive ideas for National Hi - Tech In- dustrial Zone to promote the development of the park＇ integration into the city and improve the capability of indigenous in- novation.
