摘要
基于核心企业视角,归纳企业技术创新生态系统运行风险的类型,包括企业融合风险、机会主义风险、核心资源流失风险、外部环境风险和创新单元风险;建立企业技术创新生态系统运行风险评价指标体系,明确各风险类型中具体的参评指标;通过实地调研数据,应用BP神经网络法进行实证研究。结果表明,文中构建的风险评价指标体系,能够有效地评价企业技术创新生态系统的运行风险,有利于系统进行风险控制。
In the paper, on the basis of core enterprise, we firstly summarize the types of operation risks which mainly con- sist of the enterprise coalescing risk, the opportunism risk, the core resource flowing risk, the external environment risk, and the innovation unit risk. Then, we establish the evaluation index system of enterprises technological innovation ecosys- tem' s operation risks , and confirm the indexes of all risks as the basis of empirical research. Finally, we obtain evalua- tion data through spot investigation, have an empirical research on application of BP neural network. The results show that the evaluation index system of enterprises technological innovation ecosystem' s operation risks in this paper is feasible and reasonable. It is advantageous to control the enterprises technological innovation ecosystem' s operation risk.
