山西省省级以上开发区科技资源配置效率评价研究

Efficiency Evaluation of Science and Technology Resources Allocation in Shanxi Provincial Development Zone

以山西省省级以上开发区的科技资源配置为研究样本,建立开发区科技资源配置效率评价指标体系并运用SE-DEA模型进行实证分析。结果表明山西省级以上开发区科技资源配置情况整体良好,但各开发区之间差异较大,资金利用率和科技创新人才的不足是制约山西省省级以上开发区科技资源配置效率水平提高的关键因素。

Super efficiency model of DEA was used to analyze the allocation efficiency of science and technology resources in Shanxi Provincial Development Zone. The results show that the science and technology resources allocation of Provincial Development Zone is good, but there are significant differences between the different development zones ; the lack of capital and innovation talents of science and technology is the key restricting factor to improve the level of efficiency of resource al- location of Technology Development Zone in Shanxi Province.
