低碳经济背景下黑龙江省装备制造业发展策略分析

Strategic Analysis of the Development of Equipment Manufacturing Industry in Heilongjiang Province in the Context of Low-carbon Economy

装备制造业企业是黑龙江省的传统企业,曾是黑龙江省经济发展的先驱和龙头,但也曾一度没落,究其根本原因是未与时代发展相契合,高能耗、高污染的装备制造业企业落后于经济形势的更新。在低碳经济的新时代背景下,如何使装备制造业企业在实现自身健康快速发展的同时与环境和谐相处,是一个新的议题。从低碳经济内涵及黑龙江省装备制造业企业现状开始分析,结合其演化状况为装备制造业企业提出了新的发展策略。

Equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province used to be pioneers and leaders of the Hei- longjiang Provinces economic development, but now their importance has been falling. The fundamental reason is that they are not associated with the development of the times and lag behind the economic development. In the context of a new era of low -carbon economy, it＇ s a new issue that how to make the vigorous development of equipment manufacturing enter- prises harmony with the environment. In this paper, starting from the analysis of the low - carbon economy connotation as well as the status quo of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Heilongjiang Province combined with the evolution of it, we put forward a new development strategy for the equipment manufacturing enterprises.
