摘要
基于动机-行为-绩效的理论框架探讨产学研联盟动机、行为及联盟绩效之间的关系,并利用我国长三角地区136家企业的数据进行了实证检验。研究发现,企业加入产学研联盟的动机是其行为的前因变量,且对联盟绩效有直接影响;企业合作行为在产学研联盟动机与联盟绩效之间起到中介作用。讨论研究的理论价值和实践意义。
Based on prior researches, this paper analyzes the data collected from 136 firms. The results show that the re- son on why firms form alliances with universities or research institutes is the antecedent of behavior, and it also has direct effect on alliance performance. In addition, conduct has significant mediating effect on the relationship between alliance motivation and performance. The implications of these findings for research are discussed finally.
