摘要
以2002—2011年为研究时段,利用人才竞争力评价模型计量结果和MAPGIS分析我国城市人才资本竞争力的变化趋势与空间布局以及组成要素竞争力变化的空间体现。结果显示,城市人才资本竞争力呈跳跃式上升发展趋势;东强西弱的空间布局、行政级别高与人口规模大的城市占优的特点随时间变化持续得到强化。着眼于城市人才资本竞争力格局的变化,提出若干建议。
Based on 2002 -2011 as the research time, using talent competitiveness evaluation model measurement results and MAPGIS, this article has analyzed the change trend of talent capital competitiveness and spatial distribution and change of talent capital and the elements competitiveness. The results show that: the changing trends of urban talent capital com- petitiveness is developed by leaps and bounds, but overall shows ascendant trend; the spatial layout of East in strong and weak in West, and dominant characteristics of high administrative level and population scale big city are continuous strengthened with time changing. Finally, focusing on pattern and changes of talent capital city competitive, the paper puts forward advancing important position of talents in the city development, taking talent training as important means of narro- wing regional differences, encouraging talents relative flow and collaborative innovation, and so on.
