经济转型视角下的山西人才结构优化策略分析

Analysis on Optimization Strategy of Personnel Structure in Economic Transformation of Shanxi Province

山西资源型经济的顺利转型必须以强大的人才存量、高速的人才增量、配置合理的人才结构作为支撑。运用产业结构偏离度、静态协调度、动态协调度3个指标,分别对山西人才产业结构、行业结构、层次结构现状进行分析,得出山西经济转型与人才结构之间的不匹配因素。由此,为提供一批优质、高效的人才结构团队以支撑山西经济转型发展提出对策建议。

Personnel Resources with powerful stock, high - speed increment and reasonable personnel structure can sup- port the smooth transition from resource economy in Shanxi province. The status of personnel industrial structure, trade structure and hierarchy in Shanxi Province are investigated in accordance with three relevant indexes： industry structure de- viation degree, static coordination degree and dynamic coordination degree. The survey indicates that the personnel struc- ture in Shanxi Province does not match with the industrial structure. Therefore, some measures and suggestions are pro- posed so as to provide the personnel structure team which are made up of high quality and high efficiency personnel to sup- port economic transformation of Shanxi province.
